Joseph Andrew "Joe" Parker, age 27, of Poplar Plains Road, Flemingsburg, passed away Tuesday, August 13, 2019.

Born September 23, 1991, in Morehead, he is the son of Patti Hamilton Little (and stepfather Mike) of Flemingsburg and Joe Parker, Jr. of Morehead.

In addition to his parents, Joe is survived by three sisters, Ali Parker of Flemingsburg, Haley Sutherland of Lexington, and Emily Francis Parker of Morehead; maternal grandmother, Linda Bailey Hamilton of Flemingsburg; paternal grandfather, Joseph Parker, Sr. of Morehead; paternal stepgrandfather, Gordon Donahue of Clearfield; several aunts, uncles, cousins; and many friends.

Joe was preceded in death by maternal grandfather, Leonard "Squeaky" Hamilton; paternal grandmother, Mary Francis Parker; and brother-in-law, Joshua Nasci.

Joe graduated from Fleming County High School in 2009 and had been an employee of MTM in Morehead.  He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and having fun with others.  He especially enjoyed playing video games with Noah, his six-year-old best friend.

Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m. Saturday, August 17, 2019, at Hutton Funeral Home with Keith Kappes officiating. Burial will follow in Hillsboro Cemetery.

Pallbearers: Alex Rudd, Derek Rudd, Adam Hunt, Kyle Coyle, Andrew Bricault, and Mary Harris.  Honorary Pallbearers:  MTM family.

Visitation will be 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Friday, August 16, 2019, at Hutton Funeral Home, 7634 Hillsboro Road, Hillsboro, KY 41049
