Donald L Thompson

Donald L. Thompson, age 84, of Morehead, passed away Tuesday, November 23, 2021, at Life Care Center in Morehead.

Born February 11, 1937, in Fleming County, he was a son of the late Louis Thompson and Nell Riley Thompson Waddell.  Besides his parents, he was preceded in death his first wife, Eve Thompson; his second wife, Lois Thompson; four brothers, Charles Morgan, Carl Morgan, Gary Thompson, and Tommy Thomspon; and his stepmother, Mary Ann Thompson.

Donald is survived by three sisters, Terri Moore of Winchester, Ohio, Jenny Russell of Crestline, Ohio, and Betty Wallace of Ashland; three sisters-in-law, Sayoko Morgan, Faye Thompson, and Debbie Thompson; a special cousin and friend, Eddie Watson of Hillsboro; and several nieces, nephews.

He retired from Hanson Quarry in Fleming County and enjoyed fishing and dirt track racing.   

At his request, no services will be held.
