Doris Deene Denton

Doris Deene Denton, age 89, of Glascock Drive, Flemingsburg, formerly of Hillsboro, passed away Friday, September 2, 2022, at Pioneer Trace Nursing Home in Flemingsburg.

 Born August 14, 1933, in Fleming County, she is the only child of the late Gilbert and Opal Lambert Denton.

Doris is survived by several cousins and friends.

Mrs. Denton was a retired teacher and a member of the Ringos Mill Methodist Church since June 30, 1946.  She loved attending church and visiting with friends. She will be missed by all who knew her.

 Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m. Monday, September 5, 2022, at Hutton Funeral Home in Hillsboro with Brother Gerald Saunders officiating.  Burial will follow in Hillsboro Cemetery.

 Pallbearers:  Joseph Bumgardner, Tim Vise, Darrin Eldridge, William Thompson, Barry Thompson, and David Lambert.

 Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Monday, September 5, 2022, at Hutton Funeral Home, 7634 Hillsboro Road, Hillsboro, KY  41049.
