Obituary

 

Harold Len Davis, age 73, of Ewing Road, Ewing, Kentucky passed away Friday, June 3, 2022, at St. Claire HealthCare in Morehead.

 

Born February 14, 1949, in Paris, Kentucky, he was a son of the late L.O. Davis and Mamie Hamiton Davis.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sons, Harold Davis, Jr. and Anthony Scott Davis; one daughter, Melissa Davis; three brothers, William Davis, Jack Davis, and Owen Davis; and six sisters, Francis Fulton, Wilma Yazell, Laura Mae Franks, Betty Davis, Eulene Tibbs, and Virginia Johnson.

 

Harold is survived by his wife of 37 years, Katherine Hitch Davis, whom he married August 31, 1984; two sons, Milburn Dean Davis of August, Kentucky, and Jackie Wayne Davis of Middletown, Ohio; one daughter, Savannah Nicole Davis of Ewing, Kentucky; and one grandson, Austin Davis of August, Kentucky.

 

Other survivors include one brother, Ora Lee Davis (Janette) of Danville, Kentucky; a special niece, Wanda Barton of Wallingford, Kentucky; and extended family and friends.

 

He was a self-employed painter and enjoyed fishing and watching race cars.

 

At his request, no services will be held.
